ABOUT dob2010.com
Website dob2010.com is run by a small group of enthusiasts interested in searching for and sharing information about Central European cultures with English-speaking audience. Our desire is to create an internet communication platform which brings news and information about creative work of primarily Czech and Slovak designers, artists and architects. We map their endeavors and achievements both in their countries and in the USA.
All articles are voluntary contributions of people interested in cultural explorations – designers, journalists, curators, or folks who are passionate about particular field or writing. As we accept articles both in English and in Czech/Slovak, we connect with volunteers-translators and editors to help us keep the reading smooth and enjoyable. Any proposals, comments or suggestions should be addressed to info-at-dob2010-dot-com.
OUR TEAM
Katerina Kyselica practices interior architecture, travels, writes, photographs and creates. Retired from Czech legal practice, she landed in the US, and later found her way to New York City. She prefers listening to her surroundings to clogging her ears with headphones. She finds refuge in a swimming pool, and tries to balance the physical with the philosophical. Katerina is the founder of dob2010.com. Katerina’s website
